Which Sex and the City Vixen Are You?

Вот так! Более года назад я уже проходил этот тест, и тогда результат был тем же самым. Это в какой-то мере объяснимо: Кэрри писала свою колонку, я пишу сейчас эту заметку. Она писала о сексе и взаимоотношениях, мой блог о том же.

Есть параллели и с точки зрения психологии. Во мне живёт дух независимости (как у Кэрри или даже Миранды), дух писательского эксгибиционизма, душевные метания, смесь романтизма с практичностью. Слова из результатов о том, что я более чем привиредливый в выборе партнёра, попадают в точку… ровно до того момента, как карты складываются в постельном положении. Но найти подходящего парня, удовлетворяющего всем или большинству пожеланий, мне действительно трудновато.

Несмотря на приличную долю романтизма, от Шарлотты во мне, наверное, меньше всего. В идеале видится муж, дом, любовь. Но опыт показывает, что идеалы – персонажи светской хроники, и то только до того момента, пока не начинаешь читать рубрику «скандалы».

А вот до Саманты я не дотягиваю. При всей dirty-mindedness, на практике превалирует классика. И ложиться под каждого встречного я пока не готов. Тем не менее, именно Саманта – моя самая любимая героиня в сериале. Я её любовно называю, вслед за своим бывшим, «пизда». Это очень любя!

I passed this blogthing test more than a year ago and the result was the same. This has a reasonable explanation: both Carrie and I write about sex and relationships.

There are links on a personal level too. I’ve got the spirit of independence (like Carrie or even Miranda have), the spirit of writer’s exhibitionism, a mixture of romanticism and practicality. The words about being picky hit the mark… up to the moment when it all gets down to bed. But it is really hard to find a guy who would have ticks in all the boxes on my list.

Despite all the romanticism in me I am less of Charlotte than of anyone else. Yes, a husband, a house and love are on the list of ideals. But experience shows that ideals are more of a society page characters, and only until you start reading «scandals» section.

As for Samantha, I am not quite her either. With all my dirty-mindedness I am more on the classical side in practice. And I am not yet ready to get under every man I encounter. Despite that, Samantha is my favourite. I even have a pet name for her (suggested by my ex) which is the Russian for «cunt». But it doesn’t sound so rude and doesn’t imply anything derogatory when it comes to Samantha.
